  Charlotte Wilson: I moved into a property that uses this company 4 months ago, I was not satisfied about having to deal with other thing/app to receive parking permits but I compared my old complex and my fresh property I can say that by far the property I currently live at has ample parking which is AMAZING! This apk makes it super convient when I have a guest come over, it instantly provides a guest permit I can print or write it down! Reliant Parking has been good! Thank you!

  Naudia Sky: This reliant company is a rip off. Just other method to steal your vehicle from you and receive paid for it. I prefer to just pay lkke normal money to my manger and receive a sticker instead of having to waiy now 3weeks for my parking sticker. And what makes it worst I have to have this large piece of handwriting note sitting on my dashboard. And you only receive 2 visitor parking per month SMH This apk for this company and the company is a total waste of time.

  j alajmi: been trying an hour. google play says apk installed. can't search it on my computer. click the resident and it gives me the apk installed. it shouldn't be that hard. also, reliant forces us to download an apk when logging in computer works just ok with latest residence. I don't have the place in my android device smartphone and the computer android device compatible can't seem to work with this apk. Just other company that hides behind technology and no contact in person!!!

  Andrew Poirier: the most useless apk that anyone has forced me to deal with. the sole reason i have to download this apk is to register/request guest pass for a parking pass, in which i now have to print out ( its 2019 who has a printer?) AND THIS IS A PHONE APP!!! so now have to go on a COMPUTER!!!! to print it out. so this apk is a middle man that sells me a product, than forces me to go to the manufacturer build it and pick it up.

  Cory: God terrible. This apk is shoddy. Customer help works 9-5? The problem of the day today is, today's date comes up as an invalid date. You have to pray that the day your guests come over, is a day the apk is working correctly.

  Caleb Parker: Apk won't allow me access my guest pass form. Says I have 14 remaining even though it's the 2nd so I could have a new 20. Now my visitor's car might be towed overnight because this apk glitched out and there is no emergency assist 24 hour line to receive me a pass or fix the problem.

  Erika Kiefer: Beyond Horrible! We have had problem after problem with this apk. Incorrect dates, incorrect vehicle info, etc. It also takes away all control we previously had over our parking, which is ironic since they wish us to PAY A YEARLY FEE! The site and apk also have completely various, inconsistent info. Any time there is an problem, we're told to deal with our apartment management, but they hold referring us back to Reliant. If I had the power, I would shut down this company permanently.

  StowAway Inc.: Very awful apk. Wouldn't let my acc to generate guess permit and ended up getting towed overnight. Too a lot of bugs costing us players a lot of cash cause we receive towed regardless of apk malfunctions.

  Devin: They took my cash and never sent me my parking stickers. Been over 3 months of me complaining and asking for it and still don't have it. I live in a large complex and I'm not the only one complaining about it. Even management is tired of this company but continues to use them cause upper management is too cheap to create the change.

  Andrea Wilkinson: The apk almost NEVER works..each time I need a guest pass they are not accessible on website but I have not used any for the month. The company is not accessible after 5pm and no weekend assist accessible. No accountability on this companys part, you call them they will refer you to your apartment management.
