  reverse kids: I had the apk connected to a smartphone that got turned off they don't have a number to call you have to email them and it takes forever to receive back and they didn't even fix it like they said they did now I have no bus passes to receive to work I wrote this review I have to say they worked quick to fix the trouble thank you its actually a awesome apk very convenient

  Jeff Arnold: After some interaction with the RideKC helpdesk(?), I was able to receive registered and to use the apk. The UI never mentions that you MUST activate by text, which is an additional cost for some uses. Once registered, the apk works well for paying your fair.

  mystical Momosky: I recently bought a 31 day pass and I haven't activated it yet because my another one is still in use. I go back to see if it's still there and it's disappeared. I've tried looking into the assist section, but nothing comes up. Now it won't even allow me sign back in, talking about a syntax error or something. I really need that pass and am not spending other $50 for a fresh one.

  Ezra Curry: Not awful, and it is really good to not have to carry a paper card, but has room for improvement. A couple things stand out the most: - payments are not done through Google play or Android device pay. This means I have to believe the dev to shop my card details properly, which I would rather not. - accounts are handled by the apk instead of by a federated identity provider. So if I ever change phones, it won't be simple to recover. It would be much better to link my ridekc acc to my Google acc. - when opening the apk, it sometimes hangs or doesn't present my active pass, requiring me to reopen the apk. I usually have to reopen it about 3 times before my pass shows. - the 'tap to verify' scene is type of silly and seems inefficient, as it requires the bus drivers attention, but not a lot can probably be done about that without outfitting every bus with NFC readers Overall, the apk is still a net positive on the public transit experience, but it has the feel of lower quality apk. Would be really nice to see it polished.

  SpadXZ - Black Labeled Music: I had to restart my smartphone and redownload the apk and I forgot my pin number but now it's telling me after I submit my email that it won't send me my pin because my device isn't registered but yet when I test to create a fresh login with the same info it's telling me that player already exists and it's really making me angry because now I can't use the month pass I downloaded

  marcus brown: Once the apk rejected my smartphone number saying invalid 3 times...for 1. My number is irrelevant if you have my email. 2. If I pay, it would involve my credit details with sensitive info. I receive service with Uber using my number...When I need the bus I'll receive a change card or exact change as well as use the Transit apk and Google for bus arrivals. I don't even receive calls from eBay sellers or customers. Why?

  Trying to make an acc, requires pin. No method to receive pin without an acc. Therefore, impossible to make an acc, totally useless. Why am I not surprised? Buses here are either totally late or early, never on time even when there's no traffic. I thought this apk would assist, but it's not even usable. Large waste of time. *In response to developer response: I'm sorry, but it asks for a pin on the same page where one is supposed to make acc, I place in all my details, including ten digit smartphone number with no dashes or places and simply should not progress without the pin. I search it infuriating that you think the response you gave would solve the trouble.

  Genni Rose: I bought a 31 day pass recently and also switched phones. Now I'm locked out and after emailing help, they have never gotten back to me. It's been a week. I use the bus daily and have to spend ADDITIONAL cash just to go to and from work, all while my monthly pass is collecting dust basically. I wish my cash back or fix my acc so I can log in without getting error messages. And reimburse me for the cash I've additionally spent while your help has ignored my emails.

  Billie Hufford: When planning your trip, it does not present bus arrival times. After planning your trip you have to go to where's my bus and look buses up for times. Very player unfriendly. Sticking with "Transit" apk. Only benefit is being able to pay with smartphone.

  Whitney Jones: This apk is poorly created and poorly thought through. Once once more a unhappy sorry half done attempt to throw other apk out to the public and it was not well thought through. People change phones yearly so there could of been a much better method to switch your acc to a brand fresh smartphone without having to send an email to apk help and then twiddle your freaking thumbs hoping that the lazy loser behind the computer will receive your acc transferred quickly! This is beyond idiotic! Change this function immediately or receive rid of the apk!
