  John Clay: While this apk does accomplish the intended goal of HIPAA safe transfer of info, it has a lot of issues that verge on unusable at times. To begin with, logging in takes ages so I tend to begin the log in process only to place my smartphone down while waiting for it to load and having it lock me back out when I'm not looking. Spellcheck is nonexistent. The timestamps are always wrong. There is no method to change the notification sound to something special. Ultimately, needs a lot of work.

  Lynnette Shimmin: Freezes EVERY time I test to log in. I must back out and log in once more with my fingers crossed. Times out too quickly when you're researching answers for your staff you have to go through the cumbersome crapshoot of logging in once more. When it's a more urgent situation & you don't have the time to call and have them read through everything (when it' could be at a glance anyway) this not functioning is a liability. Reading the reviews from TWO years ago for Android device, my review is virtually the same. NO IMPROVEMENT. I'm on call 24/7 as the Assistant Director of Nursing AND the Infection Prevention Nurse for the entire facility. Without having RELIABLE dialogue with my staff & providers, I might as well have my smartphone ringing off the hook. (Not professional for an apk that is responsible for life and security or the wellbeing of anyone's family). Extraordinarily disappointed in the lack of quality or importance given to a program designed to care for human beings. What does this daru about the company overall? I'm glad i'm not a stock shareholder. Receive it together people... Read your comments. Read your reviews. Fix your faulty products.

  Dave Gunderman: Apk is extremely difficult to use. Times out too quickly and takes more than 60 seconds to load when you sign in. If these problems should be resolved it might prove useful but right now it's easier to call than text. They could design it not to time out if the smartphone it's installed on has a locked screen.

  A Google User: This is hoorrible. It won'tet you look back at conversations. It take 40 to 60 seconds to load. It has very awful notification when a text is received. I see tiny to suggest about it.

  Michelle Badilla: It won't allow me sign in using my username and password. I can sign in on PCC at work just ok. In here it just keeps saying I'm using an invalid username or password. Very frustrating
