Shaaer smart card application is the official Hajj application launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve the pilgrims and facilitate the performance of their rites in a spiritual and secure atmosphere following health and regulatory controls and precautionary procedures. The application serves as a digital identity for the pilgrim. It includes his private, health, and housing info, providing him with a lot of qualitative services and enables him to record his health info and review the schedules, as well as gain knowledge of the Hajj tool. The application also allows the pilgrim to know the assembly points and departure times from his housing in the Holy Websites, enabling him to select meals through the menus allocated and keep alerts from the control center. Through the application, the pilgrim would search it possible to evaluate services provided to him through the survey to continuously improve and raise the level of satisfaction for achieving a secure and healthy Hajj adventure.
