  Sam B: It's got the option to have subtitles and voice, which the original didn't have. No crashes, only minor glitches where subtitles don't present or are slightly various to the audio. A nice nostalgia trip.

  M.S. Elboim: HD Mode & Classic mode (for graphics and melody!). Hebrew subtitles. Tiny Magnifying glasses that tag objects (because nobody likes pixel haunting). Touch. EVERYTHING is in there! This edition feels excellent. There is so much love in the making of this edition, that it is a MUST for any journey gamer! I am waiting for Simon the Wizard 2 passionately, and hope it would be exactly like this one!

  DS Phelps: This is a nice make batter to the 1993 ver and for the convenience and price it's a awesome deal. The touch-screen controls are simple to use and thank the gods they place in a method to see the hotspots if you need assist. The mini game is a bit of British humor that may or may not be your cup of tea, and what you are supposed to do can be a tiny confusing at times--but then, it IS an journey mini game. Saying you can receive HD graphics seems a bit of a stretch, but the scenes and animations are quite charming in any case. Want there was a method to change the melody volume separately from the voice volume. All-in-all, it ran smoothly, looked awesome, and was fun to play on the smartphone, no complaints.

  David Hazelby: The excellent mini game for a smartphone. I think it's a port of the old PC ver but the graphics have been filtered nicely, you have the option of classic or remastered melody which is a very nice touch and it's every bit as fun today as it ever was. One of the best updates for this fresh release is a button you can press on screen which highlights all places of interest on screen, no more searching each pixel on screen to see if it's an object you can click to pick up. Simon the wizard 2 port now please.
