About the application:

"So What's For Dinner?" is not your run of the mill cookbook apk and, to my knowledge, is unlike any cookbook out there today. I've made a database of over 150 recipes, along with ingredient info, nutrition info, cooking times, and a ton of another data, from scratch. What makes this cookbook so special is that I then introduced a find feature, to accompany that database, where you begin by choosing ingredients that you either already have on hand, or are maybe just craving. The apk will then pull up a list of recipes that you can create with those selected ingredients, Each item in the list will also give you match percentages along with a list of ingredients that you are missing. Once you select a recipe from the list, you will then be taken to a somewhat standardized cookbook page. This page will display ingredient amounts, in both US and metric troops, prep and cooking times, descriptions, advices, adjustable serving sizes, and interactive nutrition information. Keeping in mind that a lot of people simply may not have, or be able to access, certain ingredients I've allowed the find feature to create exceptions for certain stuff in the database. The find feature will create minor substitution decisions, for certain ingredients, such as using White Wine Vinegar in put of Rice Wine Vinegar. These stuff are limited and are things that most people would never miss, or message, when compared to how the end effect of the recipe might typically look or taste. This was done so that the average player can pull up as a lot of recipes as possible with the accessible ingredients they provided to the find. The apk also features a regular old fashioned cookbook with recipes I've gathered over the course of 30+ years. Recipes I've inherited, been taught, gifted, traded, along with famous recipes I've perfected and used at my own restaurant years ago. This apk also contains extra pages for ingredient substitutions, common spice combinations, and USDA cooking temperatures, along with random tip and opinions. Finally, this apk does not have any advertisements, no in apk purchases, does not collect any of your private data, no fluff, no nonsense.
