Info contain revenue booked, number of orders, order fulfilled, orders incomplete (abandoned carts), orders shipped, orders cancelled and orders disputed. Latest one week sales trends are also presented. (In-app product: $1.99/month subscription) Orders: View list of orders (recent first) or drill down into specific order to view value, stuff ordered, billing & shipping address, staff notes, customer comments and full info of the customer. You can filter orders by status, find any order by ID, change status of any particular order or add staff notes. Additionally, you can view/add shipment & tracking details for any order. Abandoned carts are also accessible as 'Incomplete Orders'. Staff notes can be added through the apk. (In-app product: $0.99/month subscription) Customers: View list of customers (recent first) or drill down into specific customer to look at contact info, past orders. You can find for specific customer by name or email ID. Additionally, you can email customers right through the apk. (In-app product: $0.99/month subscription) Products: View list of products or find any product using SKU or name. Rob Branting: This apk is good to see orders and customer info when I am not in front of my computer, Bigcommerce mobile apdmin website is horribly designed making it next to not usable, this apk fixes those problems and is good! I will consider upgrading to the dashboard feature, but honestly I am not really sure i need access to the dashboard, this apk gives me everything required.

Brendan Taylor: Admin for large commerce is an incorrect statement imo. Firstly I like the dashboard but Can't begin orders Directly from dashboard which is a bit of a pain. I know it's only one click more to use the menu but easy things create a ton of difference. I'd like to see more in the apk that is marketed as 'admin for a product' as I easy do not have the ability to perform a lot of admin tasks.

David Scott Brown: I hold trying to enter my details and it just keeps telling me "wrong details" I even had a tech help from BigCommerce and even he was not sure why it wasn't working. He said by all rights the details I entered was correct. I give up. It's not worth my time. Plus to have to enter those long lines on the smartphone is a pain in the ass.

Jeremy Jones: Surely BigCommerce should subsidise AquaAPI so they don't have to charge us multiple subscription fees. Shouldn't this all be included with the cost of the BigCommerce plan? The apk doesn't offer enough additional functionality to outweigh the cost of all the subscription fees. I'm certain if it was a one off fee you would have a lot of more people buying your apk and you would create a lot more in the process.

A Google user: i never ever write reviews, so I hope you guys take this seriously. we are an enterprise bigcommerce player, so in essence 10 or 20 bucks isnt worth consideration if it brings better efficiency. however you could look at the method you price. if you would price up front for the full ver even as a subscription that would eliminate the pain of adding every single functionality for a few more bucks. also if we have 10 employees using the apk it suddenly adds up. remember 1 in 200 will give a review

Anonymous: Apk works. The dashboard works as well, but it is no method worth the $2.00 don't waste your cash on it. Edit. The trouble is it is not player friendly, the dashboard for the first few days was not giving me the correct info. When you log on you always have to click log on it isn't automatic. It lacks player friendly design, some tweaks here and there will improve the feel and functionality. If you only wish to see how much you created today yah it will work. So will logining into your bigcommerce site
