  A Google user: Rarely worked for me and incredibly slow. I then missed the auto-renew notification and was billed for other 12 months. I admit this was my mistake but I immediately contacted them and explained the situation and requested a refund but was told repeatedly that there was nothing they should do as it was all clear in the terms and conditions. Awful, absolutely awful, customer service. I'm paying £75 for something I can't even use and they only seemed to care about keeping my cash.

  A Google user: only works on one platform at a time do not test to use on more than one. my ipad works very well with my ITV hub. but nothing else have given them 8 weeks to test and sort it out no possibility a complete waste of time and cash no another TV have i been able to watch and it does not recognise my laptop that i am trying to connect with only my ipad and it wants to connect with my smartphone too little to watch anything on
