  Harvey CoreTrucks: I have been using SureMDM overmatched year and it has been a good asset along with Surelock for a fleet of tablets. it's very simple to use and configure. if you have any issues or questions the help is unbelievable they reply they chat almost immediately in fact I worked with a tech named Nelson today who helped me fix a licensing issues went flawlessly good product can't say enough would definitely suggest anybody running mobile devices they need to manage and lockdown.

  biswajeet apata: Nix Agent with SUREMDM will do job easier to remotely manage one or more than one device form a single web console. It is very simple to use which involve easy installation of device and a Signup on site which is requirement for registertion your device.You can remotely manage most of settings as if you are directly using the device. What I search most interesting is that is their customer care help and their availability at any point of time in a given day. You can chat or call or receive a call for help as per your want at any time you need. I search customer help officers Technical (Deepak) is really very helpful . He resolves my trouble regarding SureMDM and windows SureLock via call after a brief chat. Customer help officer is very much patient to listen your word or your trouble and giving appropriate solutions to suite your requirements and to solve your issues in true time. Also their Demo(training) of a given product is very helpful to access how it fits to your requirements. I urge you to at least test it in trial mode which is absolutely gratis for 30 days after you Signup.

  A Google user: I use this on about 50 Android device phones and 42Gears has the level of control I was looking for. It has some nice low level features that you can do to the smartphone remotely. Only thing I would like is a filemanager without trying to control the screen at the same time. Pricing is awesome to fair, not outrageous. Help gets back you you quickly and are polite to work with.

  Halvor Lines: We researched a few apks like SureLock and SureMDM and 42Gears was by far the quickest to answer, demo, and help their product. 42Gears has the best Help I have ever received, even from US based companies. We are using both SureMDM and SureLock to remotely manage, safe, and deploy 500 + tablets for our fleet of trucks. After a fast demo of the products I was making custom deployments for our entire fleet. The product does what it advertises and their help is top notch. Talk to a rep and receive a demo, you won’t be disappointed if locking down and remote management of mobile devices is your goal.

  Bjørn Tore Garderhagen: This is a very a complete MDM solution. We use this system for management of 200 Android device tablets. Does whatever we need to do, and functionality missing have been made for us quickly. Only negative is Licensing. combination of Subscription and Perpetual and not alligned renawal periods after extending the number of Licenses makes Our Admin work a bit more painful.
