This is the official apk of the LENTOS Kunstmuseum Linz. The apk includes our audio tutorial and info on visiting the museum. Our collection is the heart and soul of our museum, and the audio tutorial offers an insight into around 65 modern and contemporary works on present here. The works discussed in the audio tutorial are by such artists as Herbert Bayer, VALIE EXPORT, Gustav Klimt, Oskar Kokoschka, Maria Lassnig, Gabriele Münter, Egon Schiele, Andy Warhol, and Heimo Zobernig and a lot of others. With a clear, logical building of the first quality, made by the Zurich architects Weber & Hofer, Linz gained a fresh art museum of international rank, which is excellently positioned in the urban environment. Through the 60 m long, begin air vestibule that appears slash out of the building, visitors enter on the ground floor to reach the foyer, money desk and store place, the auditorium that seats 250, and the hall for museum education. On the west side of the ground floor there is a cafe-restaurant with an beautiful panorama terrace. The expansive basement houses two more exhibition rooms, the library, the depots, workshops, storage rooms and a study hall for graphic arts.
