About the application:

TippyTalk is TWO apks, TWO devices, TWO-way communication! Using TippyTalk, non-verbal and speech-impaired persons send messages from an iPad or smartphone to mates and family on their mobile phones! They then answer with video, pictures, audio or text to be read aloud. TippyTalk is also a text-to-speech (TTS) apk as messages can be read aloud to anyone in the room with them. TippyTalk is special, affordable, and easy-to-use. TippyTalk is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) apk for people of all ages who have problem speaking due to aphasia, nonverbal autism, stroke, apraxia, down syndrome, ALS and another speech and language disorders. A Manager (usually a parent or another family member) customizes the apk with illustrations of the TippyTalker’s favorite things, such as restaurants, toys, territories, pets, foods, and activities. The TippyTalker selects illustrations to make a easy sentence. TippyTalk gives non-verbal or speech-impaired persons of all ages (“TippyTalkers”) two-way communication with the globe! You’ll just need the two companion apks TIPPYTALK COMMUNITY and TIPPYTALKER on separate devices. THIS TIPPYTALK COMMUNITY APP (gratis) is for the parent/family member helping the TippyTalker AND for the invited mates and family of the TippyTalker. THE TIPPYTALKER APP (paid subscription but gratis download) is for the non-verbal or speech-impaired person. IF YOU WILL BE HELPING A TIPPYTALKER WITH THE APP, YOU ARE A MANAGER. To receive started, download the gratis TippyTalk Community apk. When prompted, download the TippyTalker apk on an iPad or smartphone and purchase a subscription. Then invite mates and family. After the apks are set up: –Managers customize TippyTalker for the preferences of the TippyTalker. –Managers invite mates and family to the TippyTalker’s Community. –On the iPad or smartphone, TippyTalkers make a easy sentence by choosing illustrations. These become a written notice read aloud OR sent to a member of the TippyTalker's personal community. –Community Members answer with text, video, or audio. *IF YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED TO MESSAGE WITH A TIPPYTALKER, YOU ARE A COMMUNITY MEMBER.
