  Michael Wilkey: Wanted for the rewards, but the preload versus monthly bill option is a deal breaker. Either let me to pay through the apk and charge immediately, or allow me pay with my card separately, and scan my rewards like every another rewards tool ever.

  Maria Scinto: Upon first installing and opening, it prompted me to login with something called a LevelUp acc, which I don't remember having. There was no option to make one, just to restart the password, which I did. It still would not agree the newly made password. I am not going to waste anymore time messing around with this, so I uninstalled it.

  Adrienne Bourdua: Awful apk. No value unless you tie your credit card to it; which the apk forces you to do in order to use it. Employees are not properly trained to use it. I have been charged for orders that I didn't create because the employee doesn't know how to money me out properly. The transaction history doesn't link you to a receipt of what you've purchased. All it shows is how much each transaction costs. Makes it difficult to prove that I am being charged for orders I didn't create. Fortunately the manager at the Tom + Chee near me took me at my word. Customer help inside of the apk doesn't tell you that you are supposed to write your entire problem out; I hit send with a key word query thinking that it was a find, but then notified that customer help would receive back with me soon. Not very player friendly. Overall, not satisfied with this apk.

  Matt Robinson: Worthless You only receive rewards tracking if you pay thru the apk. If you wish to pay at the register with a card or money, they don't track it. You also cannot order meal to have ready for pick up. It doesn't send you coupons or specials... I guess you can look at the menu but it doesn't tell you things like the in shop unique sandwiches or soups of the day... Like I said, worthless half-baked apk.

  Derek Burger: The apk does not refund your cash after it's been preloaded and you wish to cancel. This is awful and makes me not wish to go to Tom Chee ever once more. I wish my cash back!
