  Martin Rickman: Wow! Unbelievable help from the developer squad! I encountered a trouble with the v.1.12.4 modernize and left a 2-Star review in Play Shop outlining an apparent fresh bug causing the apk to crash on Android device Oreo. Within a day, the squad at TravelerBuddy reached out to me with an offer of assist and to receive more info. Less than 48hrs later an apk modernize was posted to Play Shop and I now have full functionality once once more. As a frequent flyer, TravelerBuddy is an invaluable program and the bug in v1.12.4 was a true show-stopper. All credit to the squad at TravelerBuddy for their professional help and quick delivery of robust a solution. Well worth the annual subscription!

  Alexandre Lopes: I think this has large potential, unfortunately the price/cost model seams off with competing programs such as googletrips or tripcase, which do the email trip confirmation integration. The ability to synch calendars seams to not work well, you can't sent an invite from your agenda and agree it in travelbuddy, you have to make it in travel buddy and export, which is not realistic given that companies use webex, skype, room booking, and another easy creation of happenings in their own calendars, even personal google calendar has a lot of integration function. The limiting amount of emails for trial is not enough to receive an idea of the apk, at least not for a traveler like me. The web interface does not work correctly, need to manually refresh the screens after every data entry, and this would be the most interesting capability to use, not so much the little screen of the smartphone, which is awesome for seeing content but not ideal to insert and make it. Passport and customs form function is interesting, and probably a lot of the surrounding functionality can be were the value lies as compared to the googletrips and tripcase gratis functionality. Change the cost model for travelers like me.

  Shirley Phillips: ***Modernize, Since I really like the functionality of this apk, I decided to give it other go, despite the previous problems, which were finally resolved albeit much later than sooner. I emailed the rep over week and a half ago to advise that I was having problems with the input of frequent flyer miles (it wont agree FFM with letters and numbers), the interface shows the wrong town photograph for the state (has a photogragh of NYC for Toronto) and my itinerary which was emailed 2 weeks prior was still not entered ( I tried entering it 3 times manually, hit save.....and nothing! I received an email saying it would taken of....still waiting. One year later, I feel like I am back to square one once once more... I guess will be seeking a refund!!! ************************** Purchased the pro ver, it does not sync, modernize or save.... please can some contact me to resolve or provide me with a refund!
