  Alex Heuser: After a week or so of the apk randomly ceasing to work, it appears to be stable once more. Unsure why that happened. All things considered, the apk offers everything you need to control and use the device with a easy enough interface. I cant, however, give it a better rating for the fact that the apk at any time can stop working.

  rebecca thunberg: Modernize ruined apk. Was working ok, now the modernize doesn't let you to receive into the device settings. I cannot set a schedule, control manually, read error reports...nothing. It just has both devices sitting there with options to "rename" or "remove". Nothing else. What's the point now???

  Kris Grainger: Old apk worked better for scheduling. Since the apk modernize, the scheduled cleaning doesn't work. The apk reports that the device has cleaned at the set time but there's no dust in the container and no record in the activity log Tech help email address on here doesn't work, you just receive an undeliverable report.

  Ethar Alali: Doesn't connect to WiFi at all. When trying to connect the D5s robovac, following the instructions in the fast begin tutorial, at an appropriate time, and ensuring the network is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, it just goes to to Android device Wi-Fi settings. It doesn't do anything else. You can tap on anything and it just doesn't work. Doesn't return to the apk, nothing. I'd even have preferred it if I should just kind in the SSID myself, but no, it wants to choose it from Android device. Total waste of time & cash

  Adrian Ramos Peon: Difficult to set up (choosing wireless connection network opens android device dialog instead of setting up the SSID correctly). While the robot is vacuuming, a dumb animation covers the map screen. Apk requires very intrusive permissions for what it needs to do. Its size (100 MB) also raises suspicions about privacy. Besides that, controlling the robot is done easily. This apk should be very functional if the developers would fix these easy bugs. Edit: the map-blocking animation has been remmoved, so +1 star. Awesome job developers. Next star: remove the phone/camera/location needed permissions? :)

  Rob V: PLEASE UPDATE! It's fine but needs two things for robot function. 1. The apk needs closing and restarting to receive up to date details of map and charge progress 2. Single room/random mode needs adding. I have to use the remote for this feature. I use this mode often as my carpet is thick and makes gyro robots receive lost. As for people moaning about connection, most smart products work on 2.4g. turn off 5g on router for pairing then switch back on after.

  Noel Carter: I purchased "my Ruby" from Amazon back in February of 2021. Absolutely loved. Works very well. Even bought the wet scrubby and vacuum change over. Worked good until a week ago after coming home, opening apk all for it to tell me my device isnt connected. After trying all of the primary reset device strategies still nothing. No method of contacting company! Very disappointing 😞😕

  Andy: Non functional application, doesn't let you to choose a WiFi network when adding a device. It opens the Android device WiFi prompt but doesn't let you to actually pick one so you can't pair the device. (Android device 11) Also requests intrusive permissions unnecessary for the service (smartphone, file and photo, camera access). Apk is in English but seems translated with tiny effort and has awful formatting .

  Igor Djordjevski: Multiple android device phones used from newest to oldest. The apk won't work on either of them. Keeps crashing when opening. Send multiple request that I had this trouble. No response after 24h period. Furthermore, cannot seem to see the reviews of this apk although it gets a 2. Something starrating. Really annoyed that I have bought the d5s but cannot use it due to awful tool.
