The current paper-form based process for UNJSPF Certificate of Entitlement, to prove a beneficiaries eligibility for continued pension, caters to over 70 thousand beneficiaries located in more than 190 countries. As is uses postal services, the process is very slow and cumbersome. The Apk uses facial biometric technology, liveness check and geo-location to submit a digital certificate of entitlement to a blockchain.
