  A Google user: Latest modernize links to downloaded RRS in library. You can add notes, comments, and highlights to content. Have to double tap instead of single tap but works ok on my S 7 smartphone. Convenient to have the RRS in my pocket. Also simple to receive to my acc on USAA site.

  Stephen Ouellette: Seems to be a very useful apk. I installed while it was still a beta ver, and haven't had any true problems with it. I was able to receive the RRS using my member ID and password, without trouble. The RRS apk is a tiny slow compared to prior versions, but certainly works. The links should be better noted-words that have definitions, for example, are in italics and will briefly and erratically present a background color But if you tap a word or rule reference, it will bring up a dialogue box. Needs some refining, but definitely usable. Looking forward to another documents becoming accessible, like judges' manuals, race committee handbook, appeals...

  Michael W. Dawson: If I should give it a negative number I would. The another apk was outstanding. U S Sailing you can do better. Do not remove the 2013-2016 apk, you will never receive it back Reinstalled the reworked apk, it does still have some things i dislike, the largest is not being able to link to Perry's ebook only when only on line. The apk is moving in the right direction from the initial release.

  Jay Renehan: Doesn't work. Might work if one should log in to US Sailing acc, but there is no means to do this within the apk: simply gives error notice saying it failed to receive my forgotten password, even after I dug through the file cabinet to search my otherwise useless ID card to explore my us sailing #.

  Art Johnston: Very awful. I'm a USSA member. I actually bought this (?) and deleted the previous ver, large mistake as the previous ver was well suited for Android device and this is barely functional. It is a two step process to even begin it. It says it was downloaded, but it's not and won't work without a Wireless connection connection. The Perry annotations don't work. The highlighting of definition words doesn't display properly. The find menu usually doesn't display. It appears no one has beta inspected this android device ver. Too awful because the privious ver was so usable and friendly for rule and judging look up.
