  Devin Duncan: Really works Samsung S3 has no issues with Logitech HD down to an old Creative 300k pixel USB. May require an apk recycle on/off 1 time out of 5 but that is fixed with powered hub... cameras use a lot of power from the smartphone. No root and no VID:PID restrictions makes this the best direct USB camera apk out there. Receive the gratis trial and try it with your hardware. I know a bit about USB hardware on Android device... this is a very large improvement over ALL the others.

  Braham Hughes: Fabulous! the first one I've found that does not distort the photo to fit the screen size, picked up all the resolutions of my fairly old webcam, good for just monitoring input (I need a camera to look at the record levels on an portable audio recorder which is often out of reach, now its simple - just mount the web can next to the recorder and plug in to my smartphone whenever I need to check!). I probably won't use audio, and have not done extensive testing, but all I got with the mic on was a loud buzz. - will try some more - it should be my webcam - it is old and has been 'butchered' in the past! I'm now very tempted to go out and buy myself a fresh webcam - just to use this apk - marvellous!! Hold up the awesome work, although in all honesty I should not ask for any more!!!

  Michael Badger: I really love this apk. I do want it came with some type of manual describing the different icons and their function (if it is in there I didn't search it). One potential bug: if you choose "audio from device" but the device doesn't have a mic, the screen blacks out. I had to undo most of the settings changes I created until the picture came back on, and that was what caused it. Still, good apk, and I hope it keeps getting better!

  Craig Brugger: Works well! I don't normally write reviews, but I have to in this case. I'm using this apk with a Logitech C920 and Samsung Tab 4. It works brilliantly. No problems at all, and the camera was immediately recognized. Recording video and taking still shots work as they could. All in all, I'm very satisfied. Edit: I'd like to create one request if possible. Is there any method to automatically close the apk if the camera is disconnected?

  Daniel ML: Only one that actually works! I tried all the usb webcam apks, and this is the only one that works for my $30 endoscope camera I got off amazon. This is the same as the gratis apk just without the advertisements. Go test the gratis one then come buy the hell out of this one if you don't like advertisements.

  Christopher Lam: Works really well! Finally can receive 5.0MP resolution from the USB camera I'm using this on a Samsung Galaxy Note (Android device 4.4.2) and able to capture at 2592x1944 resolution on the Supereyes B005+ and A005 5.0MP USB microscopes. I really like that it has the ability to capture both mpeg and yuv2 format video. Both of these cameras have been interfaced with the Startech OTG micro usb cable. For whatever reason I'm having problem getting it to work on my Nexus 5 which was recently updated to Android device 5.0.1. I can't seem to receive either camera to work which had previously worked with no problems. So I just tried both the Supereyes B005+ and A005 5.0MP USB microscopes and Vividia UM07 2.0MP USB endoscope on my Nexus 7 (2nd gen. with Android device 5.0.2 and I'm getting a force close problem). Serenegiant is so responsive! They responded to my comment and asked me to send them more specifics so they should debug the apk! Talk about A++++ service!
