About the application:

Vert ALPR is a fresh generation of automatic license plate recognition that runs completely on your mobile smartphone (hand-held or vehicle-mounted). The Vert ALPR apk uses an array of state-of-the-art neural networks to recognize and read license plates in real-time, even while driving. Plates are compared versus lookup lists in real-time with fuzzy-matching. The only device you need is your smartphone to carry out LPR. USING VERT ALPR IS EASY Vert ALPR works handheld or while driving. If using a car, simply attach your smartphone to any windshield or dashboard mobile smartphone mount. The apk works in both landscape and portrait mode. COMPARE AGAINST ALLOW AND DISALLOW (HOT) LISTS IN REAL-TIME Plate captures and list lookups are done in real-time during scanning. Vert ALPR uses advanced fuzzy-matching techniques for each lookup which allows for partial plate matches. SEARCH SCAN HISTORY WITH LOCATION All scans contain the original full frame of capture as well as the license plate cropped photo. A geolocation mark is also included and displayed on a map. Full and partial plate searches are supported. MANAGE YOUR ALERT LISTS FROM THE APP Allow and disallow (hot) lists are managed directly in the Vert ALPR apk. You can manage your lists right from the apk and can also add or edit individual plates. GENERATE AND EXPORT REPORTS If you need to generate and export reports, you can generate a CSV report of your scan history and email it to an appropriate, authorized recipient - all from within the VertALPR apk.
