As 200,000 Apple players attest though, still very fun and necessary! In the heat of the moment, as we frantically ransack the default emoji keyboard for a tiny yellow face, desperate to convey an emotion that we know is probably too subtle or specific to have warranted a large tech company's official attention, we die a tiny inside when we realize the excellent emoji for this situation just...doesn’t exist. And so we search ourselves settling for default emojis that capture a mere fraction of our full intended meaning, and it’s understandable—no one has really set out to solve this super necessary first-world dilemma—until now.
