  Rosa Salazar: It doesn't let for character rewards exchange but the desktop ver does let for ease of reward points exchange. The apk is good for fast appointment verification. Don't sweat it just go online for anything regarding the character rewards. Desktop ver of course.

  Don Roden: It's good except when entering your Date of Birth the only option is their calendar by month. I had to tap back 60 years, one month at a time to receive to the correct month/day/year. Multiply 60 x 12 and that's the number of taps to receive there. Then it didn't take so I did it once more. Otherwise a awesome apk so far.

  Amber Fuller: Apk needs improvement, but not a total loss. Ex: I could be able to easily view my next eligible date to donate once more. Explanation of what and how the various donation types are impactful. More info about my Character rewards status and level. Interface should be a bit easier to navigate. Basically, everything that's on the site could be readily available on the apk. This apk could empower me to continue donating and right now, it's not as effortless as it should and could be.

  Nichole Willhite: The character rewards shop does not work anymore. The reward stores is a large thing for donors instead of having to call the center to redeem their points. Once the character reward shop is working once more. I will re-rate this apk. It's a awesome apk in general.

  XAVIER GUERRA: no feedback icon. latest time I donated 04-15-19 blood personnel had loud raunchy metal melody. I asked blood interviewer to lower volume cause I can hear with only one ear. response: we can't lower volume. was a 20 year gold dinner. no more until they RID of the melody box. Vitalant is not a strip club.

  Kathy Carmel: Quick track no longer works. You reply the very long list of questions, click finish, then nothing happens. You click finish once more, and it takes you back to fill out the form yet once more. Makes me not wish to donate. Please fix, this is extremely frustrating. It used to work.

  Cherry Merian: Showed up for a scheduled appt and after not taking aspirin for 2 days during an excruciating headache, and pushing back a vacation by a day to hold said appt, they turned me away when I arrived because they ran out of supplies. Won't bother donating anymore. They don't respect your time.

  Shane Weber: I have never been able to log in... I can receive on the actual site but this apk is garbage. I uninstalled it and reinstalled think maybe it didn't download correctly but wasn't the trouble. So don't waste time or effort on the apk go straight to the site.

  Robert Na: I recently gave blood, and was informed of this apk to hold your blood donation history, kind and next donation etc. I made an acc and contacted vitalant to see if they should merge my data, and was told it was done. Unfortunately none of the data I need is accessible on this apk, I'd blood kind etc. Pointless in every aspect, even the assist link is not found within the apk. Hopefully an modernize will fix, and I'll be more than satisfied to modernize my review.
