  Sagar Patel: 'm very impressed that someone finally created an apk to replace T-Chat. The apk works very well, but it's just missing a few very necessary things like an emote menu to choose all accessible emotes from, a sleep timer that will turn off the stream after a set time, proper emote scaling (some emotes appear stretched out or compressed), a pop-up window, and a real dark mode for AMOLED screens. Another than that, the apk works good! ✱✱✱EDIT: The dev very kindly replied and updated the apk with some of the things I talked about in this post. It's good how quickly he/she is moving along with the development of Xtra.

  Jake Thurlow: Can't stand using the default twitch apk for a lot of reasons and have been using Pocket Plays for a while. This is even better so far, little download size, quick and simple to use and integrates animated BTTV/FFZ emotes. I will modernize my review if I run into any problems. Edit: one thing I would like is the ability to easily mark people in chat, right now you have to manually kind out usernames. Also saving progress on watched VODS would be nice. Overall I like it a lot, just a couple minor things

  PhonicBoom/ CosmicLatte: Had a moment of panic when I opened this recent modernize and none of my old downloads would play. Thankfully the files are still there, but I guess the fresh metadata format doesn't like the old one, because the download title is showing the file path instead of the stream title, all dates are December 31, 1969, and they all present a duration of 0:00.

  Dylan: Unbelievable apk love the interface official twitch apk had audio desync problems with my earbuds but this app's audio works perfectly. One little thing I would have fun is a comma to separate twitch viewers so instead of saying 5000 viewers something like 5,000 is easier to read.

  Alex Dunn: The apk is cool, but it cannot download VODs from channels that are sub only, even though I logged in to my acc and am a sub of that channel. I wanna download some of these VODs directly to mobile, but it seems no apk will allow me. Modernize: The recent modernize has solved this problem! No longer will I have to download on PC first.
