  J. Perry: I absolutely love yoga for bjj. five years into jits and i finally have yoga guides that explain things as they relate to my sport. "this you'll feel during guard work" or "if you struggle with (name of transition) this stretch will improve it". Even the rehab tool i did for my lower back injury specifically called out what happened in jits to make the trouble. Having blackbelt level instruction in my pocket is exactly what i required. Best subscription cash can buy.

I like how the intro lessons are in short chunks so you don't have to commit a really big amount of time. The rehab videos are also very useful. The first 15 min lower back pain video created my back feel 80 percent better instantly. If you're looking for a convenient method to practice yoga consistently, I suggest giving Yoga for BJJ a test

  Genki Music: Without this apk I don't think I'd still be doing jiu jitsu. After the doctors told me there was nothing more they should do for my back pain, I sought methods of managing the pain. Having tried chiropractors, Alexander technique and lots of pain assassins, I would have to say that regular yoga is the most result pain relief and rehabilitation I have found. The apk is smooth and simple to use and there is always a yoga class suited to my mood, energy levels and rehabilitation needs. Highly suggested!
